Tax is a highly regulated area, closely monitored and strictly enforced by the Receiver of Revenue.

We also provide legal advice for clients lodging objections, prosecuting appeals, and that are in the process of pursuing 'alternative dispute resolution. If it is at all possible and suitable, we engage in settlement negotiations with SARS.
